• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for failure to secure job interviews or job offers, as we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Client Materials

You retain all rights to your personal information, resume, and other materials you provide to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Service Materials

All materials created by us as part of our services, including optimized resumes, cover letters, and application materials, become your property upon full payment for our services. We reserve the right to use anonymized examples of our work for marketing and portfolio purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the six months preceding the claim.
